What November brings

(No)vember - you can say NO to everything that no longer serves you and is not good for you. YES!


Believe in the power of positive thoughts.


Rest when you need to.


Do yoga nidra.


Take a warm bath.


Treat yourself with love.


Go out into nature every day and breathe in and out deeply.


All foods that come from the earth or are ripe now are particularly good for you at this time. Potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, warm soups etc.


You are enough.



I'm back from Mallorca and Belgium and there's good news!



I am now offering WATSU® in Kloten.


Dates in Kloten: Monday from 16.15, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 09.00 to 22.00.

Dates in Aesch BL: Friday to Monday all day from 9am to 10pm.

Empowerment Yoga

The next Empowerment Yoga class will take place on 29 November 2024 at 7 pm at the Yogafabrik.


In this innovative vinyasa class, you can connect with your inner wisdom. Through the combination of flowing vinyasa yoga, breath work and supportive verbal guidance, you can feel deeply into yourself and firmly anchor your inner truth. I look forward to accompanying you on this journey!


Weekly yoga classes

Every Tuesday I teach Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in the Yogafabrik from 7pm.

Every Sunday at 8.30am there is an online yoga class.


Yoga Therapy

You can also book a yoga therapy class. Challenges can include the following:

▫ Headaches or migraines

▫ Sleep disorders & nervousness

▫ Depression

▫ Burnout syndrome


Yoga is a holistic philosophy and your body is part of a complex whole. Practising asanas, pranayama and directing your attention restores the sensitivity for your own body that is often lost. Muscle building, targeted stretching and posture work are the first steps in yoga therapy. Exercises are specifically selected to counteract your challenges.


In the first yoga therapy lesson, the asanas are discussed and practised in detail. Afterwards, I will send you the therapy plan we discussed so that you can do the exercises easily and independently at home. The exercises include breathing exercises and physical exercises.

Finally: The car and all my things like instruments, books and the Shiatsu mat that I need for the Thai Yoga Massage are still in Mallorca. Not so bad - a good exercise in serenity.
