Below you will find one of my morning routines that you should definitely try.. It's so good for you! A good morning routine is the key to success!







Yes, I sometimes have to remind myself of this wisdom and take things a little easier. Yoga is helping me to slow down and to realise that I can lead a simpler, freer life! But it is my decision to do this. Every day anew!


A new beginning is always associated with work and I'm very pleased that I've managed this well and that things can now calm down again.

Back and fascia lesson in the Fitness Lodge


I am pleased to announce that I will be offering a back lesson at the Fitness Lodge in Dielsdorf

If you would like to join me, you can book a single lesson for CHF 24.-- or you can buy a 10-lesson subscription, which is valid for the entire group fitness programme. If you like the Fitness Lodge as much as I do, you can also purchase an annual membership. By the way: the wellness area is beautiful and it's well worth going there to relax and unwind.



I'm particularly looking forward to this week. There are still a few rooms available and you shouldn't miss this opportunity to join us. Son Rullan is a magical place and the retreat will be a highlight because, unlike you, I already know who will be there. We will celebrate and enjoy life in a mindful and conscious way. Nothing can be taken for granted and is therefore all the more valuable.






You can now book your own personal retreat in the course programme. A retreat according to your wishes. You decide the location, duration and price and I will organise everything you need and accompany you and your friends/family as a yoga teacher.






Tuesday evening at the Yogafabrik


On Tuesday you can find me at the Yogafabrik in Bülach. I teach Vinyasa Yoga at 7 pm and Yin Yoga at 8.15 pm. In the Vinyasa class you will work up quite a sweat and if you like it a little calmer, then the Yin class is the right one for you. A yoga practice that grounds you and allows you to calm down.

Here is the promised idea for your morning routine:


Take your yoga cushion and a woollen blanket and sit outside (balcony, seat, garden) for 10 - 20 minutes and meditate in the open air. Be aware of your body, bring your awareness to your breathing, to the sounds of the slowly awakening day and feel the cool air caressing your face. Feel your vitality and savour the moment.
